Frequently Asked Questions
Are the leads full leads with all contact information?
Yes, most are complete, however, from time to time, you may receive partial leads with just email or phone number. However, through our algorithms in RealLyft™, we’re able to match vesting with of the emails and phones with their names. Phone numbers and emails cannot be gaurenteed.
How many leads each month?
While there is no set number, through the RealLyft™ Leads program you’ll likely receive between 10-15 leads per month per area (Areas consists of contiguous zips, towns or city). Each area is unique and these numbers change seasonally. We’re constantly working to increase the lead quantity by developing new contact reach technology. Many cities are realizing more.
Do I get to pick my zip areas?
Yes! With RealLyft™ you can pick your zip area. However, if your zip area of choice is currently subscribed to by another REALTOR®, you can reqeust to be placed on a waiting list.
How many other Realtors® will share in my zip area?
Only one REALTOR® or Broker per zip area. Contact us for availability.
Do you offer refunds?
Good question. With RealLyft™ secures your zip area/s the moment you order. Once you order, RealLyft™ automatically removes it from other REALTORS® chance to buy. We also must pay for your access to our 3rd party CRM, that’s cold hard cash out of our checking account. So, because we take the your city’/s choice off the market, and we make a purchase with our CRM partner on your behalf, RealLyft™ doesn’t offer refunds. Thanks for understanding.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. However, we do have a marketing agreement that explains your purchase.
Can I buy more zip areas?
Sure! Just contact us. As long as the zip area is availble, we’ll get you set up! Email us at support@reallyft.com.
